Paul founded the agency in 1990 as a scratch agent with Erie Insurance. He continues to be actively involved with the day to day management of the agency, servicing his existing clients and soliciting prospective clients. Paul graduated from National Business College in Roanoke with an Associates degree in Business Management. He holds both Property & Casualty and Life & Health license in Virginia and North Carolina. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and member of Professional Independent Agents (PIA). Paul sells all lines of insurance specializing in Commercial accounts.
Sherrie L. Setliff
Sherrie began her career with Setliff Insurance Agents in 1994. She is the Office Manager and along with her husband, Paul, involved in the day to day operations of the agency. Sherrie holds both Property & Casualty and Life & Health license in Virginia and North Carolina. She also holds both a CIC and a CISR designation and is a member of Professional Independent Agents (PIA). Sherrie sells all lines of insurance specializing in personal lines and life insurance.
Carla Woods Easter
Carla returned to our agency in 2016 as a Customer Service Agent. She holds a Virginia Property & Casualty license and is currently working toward her Virginia Life license and her CISR designation. Carla provides excellent customer service to our clients and specializes in selling all personal lines of insurance.
Megan R Warren
The smiling face and friendly voice that greets you when you contact our office is Megan R. Warren. Megan joined our agency in 2018 as a receptionist and customer service representative. She recently obtained her Virginia Property & Casualty license. Megan will be happy to assist you when you call or stop by our office.
